RATES AND CONDITIONS

Subject to the availability of our houses, the reservation is made on the arrival dates that suit you, any day of the week. 

You are not required to arrive on Saturday to leave the following Saturday. This flexibility is a considerable advantage.

You can also book for the number of nights you want, with a minimum of three nights (except July – August minimum of six nights). 

For simplicity, the price of the whole house, per night, has been calculated by season.

Sleeping capacity of the house: 3 double bedrooms = six people.

BOOKING POLICY

A rental proposal, valid for 48 hours, is sent to the tenant upon booking request.

Any reservation becomes firm after the signature of the contract that we will send to you and after the payment of a deposit by the tenant including 25% of the total price of the rental.

Upon receipt of these elements, the commitments of the parties are then final and the final contract is sent to the tenant who must return a signed copy to the lessor or his representative, accompanied by the initialed general conditions.
